EmpowerBA takes your privacy seriously and processes your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth). We collect the personally identifiable information you provide to us, such as when you enquire about or register to use our Services, or where you apply for a job with us. This personal data we collect may include your name, email address, company details and phone number.

If you are a client or a prospective client, we may collect sensitive information about your business in order to perform our Services.

Additionally, we may collect your personal information from third parties including but not limited to publicly available sources.

We use personal information to contact you about our Services, to perform our Services to you, and manage our relationship with you. We may process your personal information in connection with any job application you have submitted.

Your information will be shared with our affiliates and companies in the same group of companies as us. That is, any organisation or brand we own or control or any organisation that owns or controls us and any subsidiaries it owns.
